A Single-Component,Fast-Curing, Polyurethane-Based Adhesive

Description ::
DOWSIL 3550 Super FIX is a single-component, fast-curing, polyurethane-based adhesive that delivers high bond strength and excellent water resistance.
Its rapid curing capability makes it especially suitable for bonding wooden surfaces that are exposed to water splashes and moisture, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding conditions.

    • Applications::
  • It is ideal for construction and repair applications requiring a permanent, strong bond between porous-porous and porous-nonporous surfaces.
  • Perfect for bonding wooden surfaces in bathrooms, kitchens, decks, etc., where there is constant moisture and water exposure.
  • It can bond various construction materials such as wood, MDF, concrete, metal, polystyrene, polyurethane foam, marble, granite, ceramic, and more.
  • Volume: 310ml/ CTD

    •  Instructions::
  • The application temperature should be between 5deg C and 35deg C. Moistening the substrates slightly will provide stronger adhesion. Adhesive should be applied to only one side in a straight or wave-like form within 2 minutes. Mechanical fasteners must be used to keep the materials together (15-20 minutes) until the adhesive cures totally. Fresh adhesive can be cleaned with acetone
  • Storage & Shelf Life: 12 months between 5deg C and 25deg C in closed original packaging.

    This product is available in 310 ml disposable cartridges depending on location of purchase.

     Caution ::
    Users are advised to conduct their own tests to check suitability to specific applications.
