DOWSIL 3450 Instant FIX

DOWSIL 3450 Instant FIX is a single-component, polyurethane-based adhesive particularly suitable for interior or exterior general construction work that requires high initial tack.

• Bonding wood, particleboard, polystyrene foam
• Concrete, masonry, tile, ceramic, stone
• Plasterboards
• Mounting wooden construction elements
• Wood and plaster panels
• Plaster ornaments and decorative wooden trimmings
• Brick work, decorative flashings, stone & tile

• Not suitable for Polyethylene, PP, Nylon, ABS
• Can be applied as 1-way or 2-way stick
• Coverage: approx. 10 running metres for a 2–3 mm thick bead
• No support needed after 1–2 hours of holding time

Application temperature: 5°C to 35°C.
Slightly moistening the substrates provides stronger adhesion.
Apply adhesive to one side only (straight or wave form) within 2 minutes.
Use mechanical fasteners for 1–2 hours until fully cured.
Fresh adhesive can be cleaned with acetone.

Available in 310 ml disposable cartridges
Shelf life: 12 months (store between 5°C – 25°C)
