Description
Industrial Silicone Spray is a high-performance aerosol release agent and light-duty lubricant formulated with pure polydimethylsiloxane fluid. It dispenses an ultra-thin, dry, transparent film that prevents sticking, gumming, and friction between moving parts. Designed for plastic injection molding, rubber vulcanization, packaging equipment, and textile processing, it ensures clean part ejection with zero carbon buildup or surface discoloration.

Applications
- Plastic & Rubber Molding: Excellent release medium for injection molding, compression molding, vacuum forming, and die-cast tooling.
- Packaging & Heat Sealing: Prevents molten polymer film and hot-melt glue adhesion on sealing jaws, heating bars, and belts.
- Textile & Paper Cutting: Lubricates cutting beds, guillotine knives, and sewing needles to eliminate thread breaks and material drag.
- General Maintenance: Lubrication and sliding enhancement for chutes, conveyors, guide tracks, window channels, and sliding mechanisms.
Important Notes
- Shake can well before application; spray a light, uniform mist from a distance of 20–30 cm.
- Do not spray directly onto surfaces intended for post-process painting, pad printing, plating, or gluing without prior solvent cleaning.
- Pressurized aerosol container: keep away from direct open flames, sparks, and temperatures exceeding 50°C.
