Dow Corning® 200 Fluid (PMX-200 Silicone Oil) is a water-clear Polydimethylsiloxane silicone fluid engineered for a wide range of industrial applications. Available in viscosities ranging from 0.65 to 60,000 cSt (mm²/s), it maintains stable physical properties across a broad operating temperature span from -40°C up to +200°C.
With a low surface tension, it readily wets clean surfaces to impart water repellency, mould release, and smooth lubrication while remaining essentially odourless, non-greasy, and non-rancidifying.

Excellent viscosity-temperature characteristics, thermal/chemical stability, shear-breakdown resistance, compressibility, and rubber compatibility make it ideal for hydraulic stabilisers and damping media.
Added to vinyl plastisols, DC 200 Fluid improves flow characteristics, de-aerates, and lubricates the surface of the completed part.
